Our residential shading team visited the client’s home in London to ensure that installation of the B200 terrace roof would be possible, and to discuss any further requirements and accessories the client may be interested in.
The client clarified that they wanted their new terrace roof to be an all-year round solution, not just for summer. We suggested remote controlled outdoor heaters and LED lighting would be a worthwhile addition in this case, which the client agreed.
Privacy was also of importance, as the position of their decking was right next to the neighbour’s fence. As a solution, we built a custom timber clad wall, complete with secret door, to provide the client with total privacy. A roller screen was also installed on the front side of the terrace roof to provide additional shading during low sun, as well as protection against the wind.
If you want to make the most of your terrace this year, then a terrace roof from Broadview is the perfect solution! We have a broad range of outdoor structures available for you to choose from. Browse our range of modern louvred terrace roofs.
Thanks to the the B200 terrace roof structure, the client is able to enjoy their new decking area whenever the mood strikes. The louvred roof gives them total control over light and ventilation, with each louvre capable of rotating up to 135 degrees. A built in guttering system means that even when the roof is closed, water is chanelled harmlessly away down the leg posts. Best of all, every aspect of the terrace roof, from the heaters to the louvres, are fully operated via remote control for total ease of use.
