The Brief
Broadview were contacted by Mr and Mrs Mosely in Broadstone, Dorset, after they expressed interest in a high quality shading solution for their garden. Mrs Mosely wanted to maximise their outdoor space, as it currently wasn't being used and wanted an outdoor structure they could use for both daytime and evening usage, whilst also being protected from changeable weather.

The Solution
After a brief consultation with our clients, we recommended that the best outdoor shading option for the Mosely couple would be the Brustor B200 XL outdoor structure. The B200 XL patio cover has an aluminium fully retractable louvred roof that can also be remote controlled for rapid louvre adjustment.
When the louvres are closed, the discrete gutter system catches and directs rainwater into the vertical four leg posts, away from people sitting underneath, making it an ideal all-weather structure to entertain. The numerous benefits of the B200 XL patio cover enticed our clients and they agreed on a custom made 20 square metre structure with our team.
Installation of the new B200 XL outdoor structure took two days for our team of experts and with careful consideration for our clients, we worked quickly and efficiently to complete the project. Once the structure was installed, we added bespoke integrated LED coloured lighting (RGB), and surrounding electric roller screens that could both be used with the Somfy remote controller.
The Result
Our clients were thrilled with their new Brustor B200 XL outdoor structure and it has given their garden a new lease of life! They can use their new outdoor structure throughout the day and even for evening celebrations, due to the integrated LED coloured lighting our team installed.
