The Brief
The team at Broadview were contacted by a client who wanted a new outdoor shading structure for their patio to extend their kitchen area outdoors. They had used a different company previously, but their plans had ultimately fallen through due to the complex nature of the installation.
However, the client had heard of our reputation as leading suppliers of sophisticated outdoor structures in the South and requested our assistance to get their plan back in motion, which required integrated lighting as well as three fabric screens.
The Solution
We conducted a site survey and discussed with the client at length to get a full grasp on their requirements, and to find out how to succeed where the company before us had failed. The client had a large set of patio doors that they wanted covered, so we suggested the B200XL patio cover with white roof and anthracite grey frame, featuring rotating louvres.
It was essential to the client that their new outdoor structure could also be used like another indoor space, which we achieved by installing three fabric roller screens that the client could adjust at will. We also installed three strips of dimmable integrated LED lighting in warm white and an outdoor heater to create a soft and welcoming atmosphere during evenings and cold nights.
The Result
The client was delighted to see their dream outdoor structure finally realised, and praised the work of our installation team for delivering what their previous installers could not. Now they have a brand new sheltered spill out area for their kitchen to host friends and family.
