The Brief
This client in Kent contacted Broadview looking for an effective year-round shading structure to cover their outdoor dining area. The structure needed to fit in well with their property and décor, as well as offer additional extras such as integrated lighting to ensure their outdoor space remained usable both day and night.
The Solution
After a consultation with the client, we suggested the B600 patio cover with white roof and anthracite grey frame, as it would perfectly complement their home and patio, whilst offering total flexibility over lighting, shade and ventilation
One of the benefits of the B600 patio cover is that pods can be seamlessly linked together to cover as much ground as required. As the client needed a relatively large patio space to be covered, we linked two B600 pods together to create the desired effect, and installed LED lights in both pods for added comfort and utility. We also undertook the necessary ground work as part of the preparation.
The Result
Our client was thrilled with the new look of their patio, and the level of flexibility the B600 patio cover offers. Not only does the integrated LED lighting mean they never have to worry about retreating indoors after dark, but the roof can also fully retract if required, and the louvres are able to rotate through 130 degrees, giving them full control over shade, shelter and ventilation.
