A Shading Solution For the Inside and Outside
Mr Patel in Middlesex has two areas in his garden that receive plenty of sunshine at different times of the day. Each area is ideal for enjoying his lovely landscaped garden and entertaining loved ones al-fresco but something else was needed to ensure the space could be used at all times.
There was another problem caused by the sunshine. Mr Patel also has two sets of glass patio doors and lots of large windows in these two areas, the inside of his house received direct sunshine for hours on end, heating up the room and potentially causing sun damage to his belongings.
Rather than blocking the light and view out into his beautiful garden with curtains, he chose instead to contact the team at Broadview to install two awnings.
Two Garden Awnings Provide Plenty of Protection
Following discussions with Mr Patel about his needs and assessing his available space, we suggested installing two B35 awnings. Not only would this create a versatile al-fresco living space directly outside his patio doors, but provide shade and protection for the inside of his home.
One of our most popular garden awnings, the B35 model is renowned for its strong, robust design and is available in a wide selection of specifications, colours and finishes. Mr Patel chose a modern anthracite grey colour for the discrete cassettes, which houses the fabric when the awning is not in use, and the arms of the awning to create a unified, attractive look.
He also chose a stunning Dickson Orchestra fabric for each awning as the traditional green and white stripes blend in beautifully with his luscious green garden.

Mr Patel was delighted with the two B35 awnings we installed in his garden. He now has two versatile spaces protected from the strong sunshine or passing showers in which to relax in his lovely garden and entertain loved ones. The awnings also provide much need shade for the inside of his home, helping to keep it cooler and protect his belongings from the damage caused by constant sunshine.
