The Brief

Just a stone’s throw from Branksome’s white sandy beach, our client’s stunning property was in need of a shaded patio area. The client had had their entire property exterior landscaped, so they wanted a pergola that would be in fitting with their beautiful back garden.

They required a pergola with a fully automated louvred roof, retractable ZIP sides, lighting, and stylish heaters to create an outside hosting area that could be used all year round.

B150XL Garden Pergola

The B150XL is a fantastic entry-level pergola – it’s super stylish and comes with all the modern features you would expect, including an automatically operated roof with integrated rain sensors, as well as LED lights and side screens. Extending the inside outdoors, we installed a custom built 4.5m by 5.11m B150XL pergola with rotating 21cm width louvres. The client would be able to control their new pergola with a remote control or their mobile phone.

Additional extras

To take the B150XL pergola installation to the next level, the client opted to install two ZIP screens in a stylish Sand Grey colour. The ZIP screens are made from a translucent material, so the client can look outwards, yet benefit from inwards privacy. They also keep insects at bay and provide protection from the wind.

To create a beautiful year-round outside entertaining space, Broadview also installed cladding at the back of the pergola, alongside LED lighting and two ultra-modern Platinum Heaters.
