Garden Patio Cover Installation in Ascot, Berkshire
The Brief
Working in conjunction with Towerview Property Group, we were contracted to install four new outside entertaining areas for their luxury property development at Fern Gardens, next to Ascot Racecourse.
The Broadview Solution
After an initial design consultation, we recommended the installation of bespoke B200XL patio cover systems to the rear gardens of each of the four new build homes.
Each patio canopy as installed with integrated LED lighting, heating, electric surrounding screens and rain sensors that are connected to the home management system.
The new structures provide stunning additions to the luxury properties and enable their owners to use the area for outside dining and entertaining throughout the year, whether for summer BBQs or for winter gatherings. They provide warmth, light and protection from all weather elements. Stylish yet practical, the patio canopies complement the high specification finish of the homes.
Pleased with our workmanship and attention to detail, Towerview then asked us to undertake the installation of four electric roller garage doors for the properties, which we also integrated into the home management system for easy usability.
